Stray Animals on road….a big menace

Cows on street, media and our leaders call them ‘Bahetu janwar’ has become a big headache, a big menace for North Indian farmers and land tillers. With no respite in site at all, no action from the Govt, Tehsil, or suffering public
1. They move in a jhund , as a herd of 8/10 attack any Khet which has any opening anywhere for the day
2. All farmers, except owners of large Aam ka Bagh have erected boundaries, with ‘bladia taar’, using bamboos, wood, cemented pillars ( cost of 1=Re 800). A good size farm boundary with cement pillars costs about Re 50,000
3. Hardly any Kisan is growing vegetables or grains (case of Unnao, UP) barring rare one or two braves who can guard it day and night from machan.
4. Cows are still being slaughtered with the help of Police, poor Hindus just for transporting them, and Muslims. Police loves to catch these criminals as they are worth at least Re 100,000 in bribe. A buffalo bound for slaughter house costs about Re 35,000 while a stray is free.
5. Kisan are angry that 6 ys ago, they could make good money on selling an old ox / bull but now Bail too join the free lunch on the street
6. In kasbas, towns these animal survive on garbage and plastic food
7. Large beautiful Gaushalas are mostly run by criminals keeping few old cows as a front, and milk giving cows for them to make money, on govt grant.
8. A scared truck /Bus driver on street cares to screech halt his vehicle more forcefully in front of a offending cows than humans.
